Ընդհանուր առմամբ նախագիծն ինձ դուր է գալիս, և կցանկանայի հաստատել այն:
Այնուամենայնիվ, ունեմ որոշ դիտարկումներ, որոնք կնշեմ այստեղ․

However, I have some comments that I will mention here:

4. Make the grand entrance of the House-museum more luxurious.
5. Particular attention should be paid to the concert hall, using more wooden materials than metal.
